Oh, what a smile-worthy novella! I absolutely loved it! With clean and incredible wholesome romance, Karen Kingsbury delivered a beautiful story full of love, Christmas cheer, and the unshakable bonds of family.

As Vanessa drops her daughter off at college, she knew she was lonely, but didn’t think she was ready for love again. But when one widower meets another, they both realize life is too short and precious to waste away alone. But is Vanessa’s daughter ready to move on past her father’s death and accept a new man into the family? She can’t seem to bring herself to actually have that difficult conversation. As the holidays get closer, Vanessa prays that God will provide a way for new love to enter her close-knit family.
