Laurel Oke Logan is the daughter of Edward and Janette Oke. She is the author of Janette Oke: A Heart for the Prairie,. With her mom she is the co-author of the Dana's Valley, Return to the Canadian West and the When Hope Calls series. Laurel has six children and several grandchildren and lives in Illinois.
