B. F. Randall is an award-winning author, speaker, Vietnam veteran, and graduate of the University of San Francisco. He served a decade as a police officer in the Oakland Bay Area, three years as a volunteer chaplain at San Quentin State Prison, and as the founding pastor of a nondenominational Christian church.
